GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to booking sessions at Inflato Stoke Interactive Air Park (also referred to as Inflato Stoke Air Park or Inflato Stoke). These Terms and Conditions contain important information relating to participation by you and your group members. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed.

No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid or binding unless expressly agreed by Inflato Stoke Interactive Air Park.

Inflato Stoke Interactive Air Park reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

General Terms and Conditions

Any person using the Main Arena must be over 1 year old and have the appropriate waiver signed (under 18s MUST have the waiver signed by a parent/legal guardian).

All children aged 1 year up to their 4th birthday MUST be accompanied by a paying adult (16+ years) booked onto the same session at ALL TIMES while in the Main Arena.

Non-walkers and babies in arms are NOT permitted in the Main Arena regardless of age.

Liability and Damage

You are liable for any costs arising from damage, whether willful or accidental, caused by you or your group.

Full reimbursement for damage or losses is required.

Inflato Stoke Interactive Air Park is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal property while using the facilities.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals are not guaranteed the full hour of activity and are subject to availability.

Safety Guidelines

The use of bounce area facilities carries inherent risks, and misuse can cause injury.

Safety guidelines are available online at www.inflatostoke.co.uk/safety-guide and will be reinforced via a safety video before sessions.

Failure to comply with safety guidelines or appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises.

CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR

Socks must be worn at all times. Anti-slip socks are not permitted.

Shoes are not permitted on the inflatable.

Appropriate clothing for physical activity is required.

Sharp objects and unsuitable attire are prohibited.

BIRTHDAY BOOKINGS

Arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Waivers for guests under 18 must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The Regular Edition party is 90 minutes, including 30 minutes of exclusive use of the party tables.

The Special Edition party is 120 minutes, including 45 minutes of exclusive use of the party tables.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds are given for cancellations.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All payments must be made in GBP at the time of booking.

Prices may change without prior notice.

REFUNDS POLICY

No refunds on party cancellations, session bookings, or no-shows.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

LIABILITY

Inflato Stoke Interactive Air Park is not liable for any loss or damage to persons or property.

Parking at the venue is at the owner's risk.
